Yoga Therapy


Yoga therapy utilizes the tools of ancient yogic practices to deepen the connection to one's true self.  Assessing each individual to guide them through movement, breath, meditation, mindfulness, among other tools to reduce suffering and create more balance and peace from within.

White Sand and Stone

Working with Jami at Sentient Soul Yoga Therapy has been one of the most beautiful journeys I have chosen to embark on. Over the past several months, Jami has guided me through my chakras to help me better understand my purpose. Throughout our sessions, Jami leads me through meditations, teaches me yogic and mindfulness practices, and provides me with skill sets (both mental and physical practices) that I can utilize throughout my day. Jami radiates a certain type of light that fills my space with empathy and safety. She listens deeply and remains present during Yoga Therapy. I constantly find myself referring back our sessions for solace and lessons when life gets difficult. As a yoga teacher, I am always looking to enhance my own practice and state of being. Jami has unquestionably played a crucial role in leading me on a journey towards enlightenment and peace.
